Thompson's Tales of the Underground Part 23

Thompson tried to take the can, but it was glued to the table. Thompson and Co. walk off the set and to an outlook, where they see an ominous structure. Ring… Ring “S-see that building in the distance? That’s the CORE. The source of all power for the underground.

It converts geothermal energy into magical electricity, by… Uhh, anyways, that’s where we’re going to go. In the CORE is an elevator directly to Ashore’s Castle. And from there, you can go home.” said Alpha. Click… “So that thing makes energy. WD-40 do you have any idea on how it does?” asked Thompson.

“Well the geo to electricity is easy. But I have no idea on how magical electricity works.” said WD-40. Then they walk passed the outlook and find an elevator labeled R1. They walk into the elevator. The floor was a checkerboard pattern of yellow and pale orange and the walls were a pale pink wallpaper. On the wall was a panel with buttons of Left 1 and Right 2.

“Where to?” asked Thompson. “Right” said WD-40.  “Right 2” said Rhaltons. Jack pointed right. “Ok, we’ll go right.” said Thompson. Then Thompson pressed the Right 2 button and the elevator doors closed. Then the elevator shook as it moved to the second floor.

Then the doors opened and they all walked out and found a man made of fire laying on the ground. “Hey you… Ya remember my name. It’s Flamesan.” said the fire man.

Then they walk off to find another sentry post with Verana in it. “Hey verdana! How it’s going?” asked Thompson. “Nothing much… wanna buy a hot dog? It’s only 30G.”asked Verdana. Jack pulled on Thompson’s shirt and rubbed its stomach. “Yeah one.” said Thompson.

Thompson handed over 30 gold and Verdana give him a ‘dog. “Thanks, man. Here’s your ‘dog. Yeah ‘dog. Apostrophe-dog. It’s short for hot-dog.” said Verdana.

Thompson handed the hot dog to Jack and they started to eat it. Then after they finished eat the ‘dog, they walked off.   *Bling*  “Alpha posted a picture: dinner with the girlfriend . It’s a picture of a figurine next to a bowl of ramen noodles.

They they walked a little bit more and  *Bling*  “CoolSkeleton95 posted a picture. Are we posting Hot “Pics???” Here is me and my cool friend! It a picture of Paprika flexing in front of a mirror. He is wearing sunglasses. Giant muscular biceps are pasted onto his arms. The biceps are also wearing sunglasses.
“Omg Paprika. This is why I can’t stay mad at you.” Though Thompson. They walk a little bit more, irgoning the fire monster nearby and  *Bling*  “Alpha updated status: LOL, CoolSkeleton95! ...that’s a joke, right?” *Bling* CoolSkeleton95 updated status: The only joke here, is how strong my muscles are!”

*Bling* Napstablook22 has sent you a friend request. * accept the request?” Thompson pressed the Accept button. * It seems to have already rejected itself…* “Weird..” said Thompson.
They keep walking until they find a puzzle with conveyor belts.

They walk to the top belt and Ring… Ring “H...hi…! It’s Dr. alpha. This p-puzzle is kinda...um… timing-based. Y-you see those switches over there? Y-you’ll have to press all three of them within 3 seconds. I’ll t-try to help you with the rhythm!” said Alpha.

“No thanks, I got this!” said Thompson. Click… “You all got me covered, right.” Asked Thompson. The others agreed. They all step on the belt and Thompson flips the first two switches but get blocked by his phone and WD-40 gets it.

Ring… Ring “Ok! Now press the third one!!! ………………. H-h-hey! Looks like you!!! Only needed to press! Two of them!” said Alpha. “Nah, WD-40 pressed the third one.” said Thompson.

“G-g-great!” said Alpha. Click… Then they walk to the next area and Thompson sees the massive puzzle.  *Bling* Alpha updated status: That’s the last time i try to help with a puzzle lmao. Ring… Ring “Uh, h-h-hey! I’m going to the bathroom, so I’ll be MIA for a bit. I’m… I’m sure you can handle this puzzle yourself!” said Alpha. Click…

“Everyone on me, now. We’re not doing this puzzle!” yelled Thompson. The others climbed on Thompson. Then Thompson blasted over the whole puzzle and landed on the other side.
